Maintenance Planner - Fairless Hills (Maximo)

Location: Fairless Hills, Pennsylvania; onsite in office and industrial terminal settings

What you will do

• Enter, maintain, and audit maintenance data in the Maximo CMMS.
• Create, issue, close, and follow up on work orders and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Track equipment fuel usage, parts inventory, physical counts, ordering, and material sourcing.
• Prepare and distribute maintenance reports while identifying data discrepancies.
• Coordinate vendors by obtaining quotes and monitoring project timelines and budgets.
• Maintain documentation and provide clerical support in compliance with company, customer, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; an associate degree or higher in a technical or business field is preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in a maintenance or industrial environment preferred.
• Experience with preventive maintenance, inventory control, spare parts management, and CMMS platforms; Maximo experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, communication, recordkeeping, and deadline-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access.
• Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, required safety training, background checks, and drug screening; ability to obtain TWIC if required.
