People Operations Administrator (Central)

Location: DFW2 - Dallas, TX; on-site presence at the Home Site is required, with periodic travel to regional sites and occasional evenings or weekends.

What you will do

• Monitor full-time and contingent labor headcount across regional sites and align staffing with forecasts, volumes, and SLA targets.
• Track labor delivery, new-hire orientations, show-up rates, cancellations, overtime, and time-off activity.
• Partner with staffing vendors, co-employment partners, site leaders, HR, and managed service providers to improve fill rates, quality, scalability, and compliance.
• Maintain workforce dashboards and deliver recurring and ad hoc reports on staffing, attrition, hiring conversion, vendor performance, and audit results.
• Use Workday and VMS platforms for requisitions, hiring events, timekeeping audits, headcount changes, and workforce records.
• Resolve timecard, roster, purchase order, billing, and rate-code issues while maintaining supplies such as PPE and supporting regional projects.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in operations, administrative support, customer service, retail, hospitality, staffing, recruiting, HR, or a related fast-paced environment.
• Strong organization, prioritization, attention to detail, discretion, and customer service skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including comfort presenting to groups.
• Experience with data entry, auditing, data-driven reporting, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and workplace communication tools.
• Ability to work on-site, spend time walking or standing on the warehouse floor, lift up to 25 pounds occasionally, and travel to regional support sites.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience with co-employment, contingent labor, workforce planning, staffing vendor or MSP management, and fulfillment or distribution environments.
• Proficiency with Excel lookups and pivot tables, iOS, Workday or another HRIS, and VMS platforms.
• Analytical problem-solving skills and experience building partnerships with site teams and external vendors.
