Electrical Engineer (Water Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Design low-voltage electrical systems for water and wastewater treatment plants.
• Develop schematics, equipment layouts, lighting systems, motor control centers, and communications systems.
• Work with SCADA, instrumentation, and PLC systems.
• Contribute to major capital projects and facility upgrades across Victoria.
• Collaborate with engineering, design modelling, construction, and client teams across the full asset lifecycle.
• Support project delivery according to scope, budget, and program requirements.

Requirements

• Accredited Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree or related qualification.
• Experience designing for complex industrial or plant environments.
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards.
• Experience with design and technical writing.
• Ability to work in engineering and design modelling teams.
• Previous experience in industrial, manufacturing, mining, construction, consulting, or water industry environments.
