Principal Process Engineer (Water & Wastewater)

What you will do

• Lead the detailed design of large water and wastewater treatment plants.
• Provide technical advice on reverse osmosis, potable and recycled water, ultraviolet treatment, and aerobic and anaerobic digestion.
• Lead investigations and prepare technical reports, designs, drawings, contract documents, and technical specifications.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to process engineers.
• Maintain client relationships and support business strategy development.
• Lead the preparation of major and small bids while promoting the Zero Harm policy.

Requirements

• Experience leading detailed design for water and wastewater treatment plants serving major utilities.
• Pragmatic approach to developing constructable design solutions.
• Commercial acumen in the delivery of water infrastructure projects.
• Capability to provide technical, commercial, and people leadership.
• Ability to manage client relationships and contribute to national water projects across Australia.
