Location: Pomona, California, United States. Hybrid work requires reporting to an SCE facility for a set number of days, with remote work available on the remaining days. Employees are generally required to work and reside in California. The position includes up to 20% travel and field work throughout the SCE service territory. Relocation does not apply.
Salary: $143,900–$215,800 per year.

What you will do
- Lead resource planning and annual and monthly workload plans for maintenance, testing, construction, operations, and capital projects.
- Develop resource strategies and oversee allocation of workforce, equipment, technology, and materials within schedule and budget constraints.
- Monitor planned versus actual workload, resource utilization, project progress, reporting, and operational metrics.
- Improve work management tools, enterprise systems, workflows, and resource allocation processes.
- Resolve resource allocation conflicts and collaborate with senior leaders, stakeholders, procurement teams, vendors, and external partners.
- Lead approximately 10 employees through coaching, performance management, direction, and salary administration.
Requirements
- At least five years of combined experience performing or supervising resource management or business planning activities.
- Experience using business operations software and enterprise systems, such as ERP or CRM systems.
- Ability to allocate resources against budgets, analyze workload data, and support schedule and financial targets.
- Strong written and verbal communication, decision-making, team-building, and stakeholder relationship skills.
- Ability to establish a safety-conscious work environment and protect sensitive customer, proprietary, medical, financial, and cybersecurity information.
- Must work and reside in California and be able to report to an SCE facility under the hybrid work arrangement.
Nice to have
- BA or BS in business, engineering, construction management, or a related technical field, or equivalent education and experience.
- Experience with SAP, CMS, Microsoft Office Suite, or other enterprise systems of record.
- Experience facilitating process improvement and organizational change in resistant environments.
- Experience interpreting workload and operational data for strategic planning and budget management.
