Senior Energy and Partnerships Program Specialist (Energy Efficiency)

Salary: $89,649–$152,404 annually.

What you will do

• Develop strategies and support implementation of energy partnership programs with clients and government partners.
• Engage industry stakeholders across utilities, states, and the energy-efficiency supply chain.
• Provide strategic direction for CRM systems, partner access, and API use.
• Manage, analyze, and report on high volumes of program data from databases, websites, and other sources.
• Create marketing plans, market assessments, campaign reports, outreach materials, and stakeholder communications.
• Improve administrative processes and manage schedules, deliverables, deadlines, and budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental studies, public policy, physical or natural sciences, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in public-sector energy, sustainability, or partnership programs.
• Experience with ENERGY STAR or other efficiency and sustainability tools and program platforms.
• Experience with CRM software systems and strong analytical, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize, work independently, solve problems, and meet strict deadlines.
• Work authorization and employment are associated with the United States nationwide remote office.

Nice to have

• Professional Project Manager certification or similar qualification.
• Experience with market transformation strategy and execution.
