Senior Manager, Assessment Customer Programs

Location: Santa Fe Springs, California, United States. Hybrid schedule with approximately two days per week in the office, additional onsite attendance as business needs arise, client visits, meetings, program activities, and periodic travel with some overnight stays.

Salary: $90,000–$110,000 base salary annually, plus potential discretionary annual bonus.

What you will do

• Oversee assigned assessment programs and ensure delivery against contract requirements, budgets, quality standards, timelines, and profitability targets.
• Lead program reporting, invoicing approvals, performance tracking, and client deliverables.
• Coordinate engineering, analytics, business development, finance, and other cross-functional teams.
• Serve as the senior client contact, attend client meetings, and support the resolution of complex customer requests.
• Develop staffing plans, manage direct reports, provide feedback and development opportunities, and support employee engagement and retention.
• Represent the local office or program at meetings, conferences, and presentations and participate in the Senior Advisory Council.

Requirements

• Must be located in the greater Santa Fe Springs, California area.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, energy efficiency, engineering, construction management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least five years of experience managing assessment programs or increasingly complex projects.
• At least three years of experience managing and supervising diverse project teams and personnel.
• Valid California driver’s license, personal automobile insurance, and reliable personal transportation required.
• Ability to work typical Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. hours, with occasional evening and weekend work, travel, and onsite attendance.
