Senior Manager, Operations Project Management

Location: Arizona, with a hybrid schedule requiring in-office work three days per week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. The salary range is based in Phoenix.

Base salary: $130,000–$160,000 annually, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Define and refine the PMO strategy, standards, governance, reporting, and communication frameworks across hirify.global Operations.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Project Managers while building accountability and execution excellence.
• Own the strategic roadmap and prioritization of high-impact initiatives with executive leadership.
• Apply project methodologies, including DMAIC, to evaluate, plan, and execute projects with measurable business impact.
• Partner with VP- and Director-level stakeholders across Operations, Product, Marketing, and other functions.
• Manage dependencies, escalate risks, and oversee Asana data integrity, executive reporting, priorities, and resource allocation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive Project or Program Management experience, including 3+ years managing a team.
• Experience defining and implementing PMO standards, processes, and methodologies in a fast-paced corporate environment.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing Project Management teams.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives and aligning senior stakeholders.
• High proficiency with project management platforms such as Asana and exceptional executive-level communication skills.
• Must be based in Arizona and work in the office three days per week.

Nice to have

• BA/BS degree, MBA, or another advanced degree.
• PMP, PgMP, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, or equivalent certification.
• Experience in the sharing economy, marketplace industry, or a startup environment.
