Program Manager (Electric Mobility)

Location: Hybrid, 3–5 days per week from the Seattle office in the Fremont District, United States

Salary: $120,000–$160,000 per year, depending on experience, qualifications, and location.

What you will do

• Own the operating rhythm for Commercial OKRs, including goal-setting, progress tracking, risk escalation, and accountability across US and EU teams.
• Maintain visibility across workstreams spanning Marketing, Sales, Retail, Analytics, Customer Success, Service Operations, Logistics, Communications, and Commercial partnerships.
• Design and facilitate weekly syncs, monthly business reviews, quarterly planning, and other forums that support cross-functional alignment.
• Identify dependencies and conflicts early, broker alignment between teams, and track partner agreements, owners, and deliverables.
• Coordinate Commercial workstreams across Finance, Digital Systems, and Supply Chain/S&OP, including budgeting, forecasting, order management, POS, CRM, demand planning, and fulfillment.
• Maintain the product and technical program roadmap for key product milestones and launches with Product and Engineering.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or cross-functional project management within a commercial, retail, or consumer-facing organization.
• Experience coordinating across multiple Commercial functions rather than specializing in only one area.
• Experience working with US and international, ideally EU, teams while accounting for time zone, process, and regulatory differences.
• Strong command of OKR planning, tracking, and review cadences.
• Excellent facilitation, stakeholder management, written communication, and verbal communication skills, including alignment with senior leaders without direct authority.
• Proficiency with Asana, Notion, Google Workspace, Slack, and lightweight dashboards or trackers.

Nice to have

• Experience coordinating Finance, Digital Systems, or Supply Chain/S&OP activities.
