Staff Program Manager, Partner Quality (Autonomous Vehicles)

Location: Coppell, Texas, United States; hybrid work with at least 3 days per week in the office

Salary: $115,000–$166,500 per year, plus annual bonus, equity compensation, and benefits

What you will do

• Own quality and safety standards within the partner KPI framework across vendor categories.
• Design vendor audit processes, audit cadence, certification requirements, and quality playbooks.
• Investigate systemic quality failures and drive corrective and preventive action plans.
• Embed quality and safety metrics into vendor scorecards and Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma and DMAIC to resolve recurring issues across hirify.global and partner processes.
• Present quality risks, safety exposure, and remediation tradeoffs to senior and executive leaders while mentoring category leads and Operations Quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of experience in supplier or vendor quality management, quality assurance, or a related field.
• Experience independently leading complex, cross-functional quality or safety programs across vendor categories.
• Experience defining quality standards, audit frameworks, corrective-action systems, and performance metrics.
• Strong root-cause analysis, executive communication, business judgment, and stakeholder influence skills.
• Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification or the ability to obtain it within 90 days of hire.

Nice to have

• Experience in transportation, logistics, or autonomous vehicle operations.
• PMP, CSP, Six Sigma, CFSE/P, or other relevant safety or project management certification.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, regulatory compliance, and Safety Performance Indicators.
• Experience with Jira, Jama, Confluence, or Google Suite.
