Manager, Corporate Accounting (Aerospace)

Location: Onsite at hirify.global's global headquarters in Long Beach, California, United States. Candidates for U.S. offices must meet applicable ITAR eligibility requirements.

Base pay range: $116,000–$145,000 USD annually for California.

What you will do

• Lead and streamline the end-to-end month-end close across procure-to-pay, fixed assets, equity, leases, and treasury.
• Manage quarterly reviews and annual external audits while supporting SEC reporting deadlines.
• Partner on ERP enhancements, automation, and internal reporting improvements.
• Manage, support, and develop the corporate accounting team.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, and Tax to support operational growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive, hands-on accounting experience, including team leadership and process improvement.
• Deep proficiency in US GAAP and the ability to translate technical accounting principles into operational workflows.
• CPA license or equivalent.
• For U.S. office roles, eligibility under applicable ITAR and U.S. Government export regulations is required.

Nice to have

• Public accounting and industry experience, preferably in aerospace or manufacturing.
• Experience with enterprise ERP systems such as Infor, SAP, or NetSuite.
• Collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving and team management.
