Technical Program/Project Manager (Opto-Mechanical)

Base pay: $136,300–$199,900 annually

Develops inspection tools, metrology systems, process solutions, and computational analytics for semiconductor manufacturing.

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate opto-mechanical development activities across multiple broadband plasma programs.
• Define, track, and drive project milestones, deliverables, schedules, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Own material tracking, procurement status, lead times, shortages, and build-readiness activities.
• Assess, qualify, onboard, and manage machine shop and component suppliers, including RFQs and quote reviews.
• Coordinate OptoMech, Optics, Electrical, Software, Systems, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Program teams.
• Develop dashboards and present project, material, supplier, schedule, and risk status to leadership.

Requirements

• Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Engineering Management, or a related field.
• Experience managing complex hardware development programs.
• Strong project scheduling and milestone tracking skills.
• Experience with supply chain, manufacturing operations, and material planning.
• Supplier qualification, vendor management, communication, and cross-functional leadership experience.
• Doctorate with relevant experience, or a master's degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience, or a bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience.

• Semiconductor capital equipment experience.
