Supply Chain AI Technical Program Manager

Salary: $147,050–$230,850 USD annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for candidates in the United States.

What you will do

• Lead technical program management across the analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation phases of AI and software solutions.
• Plan, prioritize, track, and execute complex cross-organizational AI programs.
• Define AI vision, strategy, and roadmaps in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
• Manage program risks and resolve issues affecting scope, schedules, releases, and quality.
• Engage executive leaders and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations.
• Allocate personnel and budgets and ensure deliverables meet technical and business requirements.

Requirements

• Four-year or graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Typically 10+ years of experience in program or project management, scrum mastering, professional technology organizations, or a related field.
• Experience with Agile methodology, Scrum, Kanban principles, sprint planning, and project planning.
• Knowledge of AI or software development, product management, automation, process improvement, and risk management.
• Experience using JIRA and managing milestones, schedules, resources, and quality standards.

Nice to have

• Program Management Professional certification.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and new product development.
