Construction Senior/Project Manager (Data Centre, Pharmaceutical)

What you will do

• Support construction project delivery across planning, coordination, execution, and completion.
• Assist with schedules, budgets, risks, procurement, resources, and project reporting.
• Coordinate clients, consultants, contractors, authorities, and internal engineering, design, procurement, construction, validation, and regulatory teams.
• Review design information, technical submissions, validation requirements, change requests, contractor updates, claims, variations, and commercial implications.
• Support tendering, document evaluation, negotiations, contract administration, and compliance with regulations, safety standards, and commissioning expectations.
• Monitor site progress, coordinate issue resolution and snagging, and contribute to project close-out and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of construction project management experience, preferably in a consulting or client-side environment.
• Experience managing large-scale commercial, industrial, manufacturing, technology, or similar projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, technical standards, and project delivery practices.
• Degree or comparable experience in project management or a construction discipline.
• Project management professional certification or willingness to pursue one.
• Strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, attention to detail, and quality focus.
