Senior Manager, Commercial Systems (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States; based in Franklin, Tennessee, with minimal travel for occasional on-site collaboration or team events.

What you will do

• Own and evolve Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Clay, and Accord as the commercial systems stack.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Client Success leaders to build the systems roadmap and translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Design integrations, object models, data flows, triggers, automations, and scalable commercial workflows.
• Build AI-assisted workflows and internal tools using Claude, ChatGPT, or similar tools to reduce manual administration.
• Lead data integrity, governance, dashboards, reporting, forecasting, and pipeline visibility initiatives.
• Evaluate RevTech and AI capabilities and manage systems supporting deal stages, quoting, forecasting, and mutual action plans.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Salesforce administration or management experience in a commercial or RevOps environment.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Gong; experience with Clay and/or Accord or comparable tools.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools to build workflows, automate tasks, or improve system operations.
• Strong SQL, SOQL, or equivalent query skills and the ability to design clean data models.
• Experience writing technical specifications and working with developers or implementation vendors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted.

• Salesforce certifications.
