Implementation Engineer (AI)

Location: Remote in the United States; approximately 20% travel for customer engagements and onsite meetings.

Salary: $85,000–$110,000 annual base pay plus bonus.

What you will do

• Support customer adoption, expansion, technical success, proof-of-value initiatives, and implementation engagements.
• Design and implement solutions connecting data collection, enrichment, activation, and measurement to business and AI-driven outcomes.
• Lead discovery and solutioning sessions, assess customer architectures, validate feasibility, and identify technical risks and adoption blockers.
• Advise customer stakeholders across data, marketing, IT, and AI-focused use cases, translating complex technical concepts into actionable guidance.
• Use SQL, data analysis, visualization, AI-assisted analytics, and modern automation tools to validate data quality and generate customer insights.
• Troubleshoot JavaScript tags, APIs, SDKs, integrations, and data pipelines while improving implementation efficiency and time-to-value.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in client-facing technical roles such as implementation, solutions consulting, technical support, or customer-facing engineering in SaaS, digital technology, martech, or data environments.
• Strong experience troubleshooting tagging, APIs, SDKs, integrations, data discrepancies, and front-end implementations in complex customer environments.
• Deep familiarity with digital marketing technologies, tag management, customer data platforms, digital analytics, and data- or AI-driven workflows.
• Proficiency with SQL and data analysis, plus expert knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Python, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills are required.
• Ability to lead customer-facing discussions, manage expectations, resolve escalated issues independently, and travel approximately 20% for customer engagements.
