Sourcing Specialist Raw & Fab (Steel/Ferrous)

Location: Onsite in Juarez, Nuevo Leon, Mexico

What you will do

• Execute purchasing and logistics strategies for the Electrification Business.
• Optimize supplier costs, quality, reliability, delivery, and sustainability.
• Design and implement local sourcing plans for steel and other products or materials.
• Apply procurement standards, tools, and processes to support current and future business requirements.
• Deliver and participate in training programs related to procurement compliance and professional development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, mechatronic, industrial, or a related engineering field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a buyer, planner, NPI Buyer, or similar role.
• Purchasing experience with knowledge of steel.
• Experience contacting and negotiating with suppliers.
• Experience with SAP ERP, including MM and PP modules, Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft applications.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
