Logistics Process Operator

Location: Onsite in Santiago de Querétaro, Mexico

What you will do

• Prepare transport and customs documentation, including dangerous-goods documentation when applicable.
• Order and coordinate air, sea, and ground transportation according to defined dates, carriers, and contracts.
• Coordinate supplier pickups and monitor timely, accurate deliveries.
• Track transport activities and communicate shipment status to internal and external stakeholders.
• Resolve discrepancies, delays, and damages with logistics providers, carriers, suppliers, and project teams.
• Support process optimization and verify logistics services from order to invoice.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, logistics, or a similar field, or relevant professional experience.
• 2–4 years of transportation management experience across air, sea, and ground transportation.
• Experience managing logistics services and delivering accurate, timely, and economical transportation solutions.
• Basic knowledge of export processes and documentation.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, customer-orientation, and teamwork skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English is required. Advanced MS Office skills and basic SAP knowledge are also needed.
