Location: Hybrid work model based in Polanco, Mexico City, and San Martín Obispo, Estado de México, with 1–2 days per week on-site and the remaining days working remotely.

What you will do
- Supervise warehouse and distribution activities to ensure efficient material flow and service performance.
- Oversee SAP logistics processes, including deliveries, shipments, goods receipt, and goods issue.
- Monitor warehouse and logistics KPIs, inventory data, operational reports, and performance trends.
- Coordinate with Customer Service, warehouse operations, transportation providers, and Supply Chain teams.
- Investigate operational issues, support business continuity, and manage audit and compliance activities.
- Lead continuous improvement and scrap-related processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, distribution, logistics, or supply chain environments.
- Experience supervising warehouse or distribution activities in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Experience with SAP logistics, warehouse, or distribution processes and Power BI reporting and dashboards.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, transportation, and distribution processes.
- Intermediate English proficiency is required, both written and verbal. Strong communication, leadership, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills are also required.
Nice to have
- Experience in food ingredients, food manufacturing, consumer goods, or industrial supply chains.
- Advanced knowledge of SAP logistics transactions and warehouse operations.
- Proven ability to improve warehouse performance, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency.
