Customer Care Representative - Weekends

Location: Westminster, Colorado, United States — in office. Four-day schedule with four days on and three days off. Travel requirement: 0%.

Salary: $19.62–$24.52 per hour.

What you will do

• Respond to internal and external customer inquiries by phone and email.
• Provide quotes, explain products, and match customer needs with appropriate solutions.
• Manage subscription renewals, upsell services, and troubleshoot service activation and operational issues.
• Process sales orders and payments, update customer accounts, and maintain database accuracy.

Requirements

• At least two years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with outbound customer communication, subscription renewals, and identifying customer needs.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, internet browsers, and database management systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a warm, approachable, and outgoing manner.
• Ability to work in the Westminster, Colorado office.

Nice to have

• Conversational Portuguese and Spanish.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Technical customer support and troubleshooting experience.
