Remote Customer Servicer Representative

Location: 100% remote within the United States

Salary: $16.04–$22.00 per hour; $18.00–$24.00 per hour for locations in California, Colorado, New York, and Washington.

What you will do

• Coordinate vehicle releases and pickups with body shops, vehicle owners, insurance companies, tow companies, and transport providers.
• Obtain release authorizations, arrange transportation, and support personal item removal from vehicles.
• Use the “DeCode This” tool to search VINs and collect vehicle information.
• Maintain accurate vehicle files, notes, and records of all customer interactions.
• Meet daily performance goals of 100+ calls and 60+ processed live lots.
• Participate in weekly Microsoft Teams meetings and assist teammates with additional tasks.

Requirements

• At least one year of office support experience in a customer service role.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong phone and written communication skills.
• Typing speed of 45 WPM and familiarity with basic 10-key.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, multitasking, and the ability to work occasional overtime.
