FC Instructional Designer (Fulfillment)

Location: Mount Juliet, Tennessee, United States; position may require travel.

Hourly salary: $36.29–$54.32.

What you will do

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain learning solutions for fulfillment center team members and leaders.
• Create instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, web-based, eLearning, video, job aid, and performance support content.
• Conduct needs analysis, manage training projects, assess outcomes, and gather participant feedback.
• Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to deliver customized and scalable learning solutions.
• Facilitate development programs for lead, manager, and specialty fulfillment center roles.
• Build training plans and curriculum roadmaps, manage risks and timelines, and deploy content through an LMS.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least three years of experience developing and managing training.
• Experience with ILT, vILT, WBT, eLearning, job aids, and performance support resources.
• Strong project management, communication, consulting, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and talent development standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, LMS platforms, eLearning authoring tools, and multimedia technologies.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in human resources, training, or a related field.
• Certifications in leadership, executive coaching, facilitation, leadership assessments, change management, or organizational development.
• Experience in warehousing or another high-volume service-oriented industry.
