Contract Recruiter (Product)

Location: Remote-friendly hybrid role with a preference for candidates based in New York City, United States; frequent in-person collaboration at the New York City HQ.

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting searches or key portions of searches for Product, senior leadership, Tech/Engineering, and Data roles.
• Build pipelines of active and passive candidates through strategic sourcing and personalized outreach.
• Partner with hiring managers on intake, calibration, hiring strategy, and recruiting decisions.
• Manage the candidate experience with clear communication, timely feedback, and high-touch engagement.
• Lead interview debriefs and structured decision-making aligned with company values and leadership principles.
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, GEM, AI-based sourcing platforms, and recruiting data to improve reach, funnel health, and time-to-hire.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in product-led, high-growth environments.
• Experience recruiting for Tech/Engineering, Product, or Data roles and familiarity with U.S. hiring markets.
• Strong sourcing expertise and creative approaches to engaging passive candidates.
• Experience advising senior stakeholders and providing hands-on recruiting support.
• Experience with ATS and CRM tools, especially Greenhouse, and strong command of LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, self-management, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with North American and LATAM talent markets.
• Understanding of talent marketing and employer branding tactics.
• Conversational Spanish.
