Territory Manager (Electric Power)

Location: Home office in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, or Maryland, serving the Northeast Territory; travel up to 75% is required. Domestic relocation assistance and visa sponsorship are not offered.

Salary: $112,710–$169,060 per year.

Electric Power Division develops integrated solutions, parts, and services for commercial and industrial power applications, including backup power for hospitals, data centers, municipalities, and critical infrastructure.

What you will do

• Drive sales and business development for gas and diesel gensets up to 200 kVA in the Northeast Territory.
• Interact directly with customers on technical clarifications, contract negotiations, financials, and opportunity management.
• Develop new channel partners and generate the sales pipeline.
• Represent the complementary distribution business line across the assigned territory.
• Participate in selected conferences with the marketing team and provide weekly CRM updates.

Requirements

• 3+ years of sales or business development experience.
• Knowledge of commercial and industrial gas and diesel generator markets and technologies.
• Ability to focus on customer needs, make informed decisions, manage relationships, and communicate effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field, or strong equivalent experience.
• Must work from a home office in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, or Maryland and travel up to 75%.
• Visa sponsorship is not available; applicants requiring employer-tied sponsorship are not being hired for this position.
