Python Development Expert (CI/CD Tools)

Location: Munich, Germany; hybrid with 60% home office

Salary: €70,000–€108,000 gross per year

What you will do

• Develop Python modules for software build and test automation.
• Configure and maintain CI/CD workflows in a GitLab-based environment.
• Own work packages from requirements clarification through implementation and testing.
• Complete developer sign-off in collaboration with development teams.

Requirements

• EU citizenship and German language skills are required.
• Expert-level Python skills with the ability to design and deliver production-quality modules independently.
• Expert-level GitLab experience, including pipeline configuration, CI/CD workflows, and repository management.
• Hands-on experience delivering CI/CD in complex software development environments.
• Availability for a 40-hour work week and a 12-month contract starting in September 2026.
