Senior Recruitment Consultant (US Market)

Location: London HQ, hybrid in Moorgate, with 2 days working from home

What you will do

• Develop new client relationships within the US technology market.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities.
• Manage end-to-end 360 recruitment processes across contract and permanent hiring.
• Deliver against individual and multi-hire client requirements.
• Build and maintain candidate networks across Software Engineering, Data, Machine Learning, and AI.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and contribute to long-term client partnerships.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a 360 recruitment role within a technology recruitment environment.
• Experience working within the US technology market.
• A consistent billing track record in recruitment.
• Experience developing and managing hiring partnerships across Software Engineering, Data, Machine Learning, or AI.
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to sell hiring solutions.
• Ability to operate in a high-performance environment.
