Salary: £27,937–£40,638 per year plus uncapped commission

What you will do

• Build and develop a specialist Civils recruitment desk in the Maidstone market.
• Recruit Project Managers, Site Managers, Site Engineers and General Foremen.
• Source, interview and match candidates with permanent or temporary opportunities.
• Identify new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships.
• Manage the full recruitment process from taking a brief through to placement.
• Own desk performance, targets, market knowledge and business growth.

Requirements

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive approach to business development and identifying new opportunities.
• Customer-focused, commercially minded and confident in a target-driven environment.
• Resilience, motivation and a collaborative, sales-driven mentality.
• Previous recruitment or Civils sector experience is advantageous.
• Ambition to develop a recruitment career and become a Civils market specialist.
