What you will do

• Contribute to transformation projects for international and local clients across multiple industries.
• Analyze client processes, organizations, systems, and data to identify issues and opportunities.
• Help design and implement digital, IT, data, network, life sciences, and engineering solutions.
• Support project planning, coordination, and stakeholder communication.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary and multicultural business, technical, scientific, and operational teams.
• Develop consulting, technical, and industry skills through training and practical experience.

Requirements

• Final-year Bachelor's or Master's students or recent graduates.
• Academic background in information systems, digital, data science, cybersecurity, software engineering, AI, mathematics, telecom, life sciences, engineering, business, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort working with data, structure, and logic.
• Clear written and verbal communication, curiosity, proactivity, and willingness to learn.
• Enjoyment of teamwork and multicultural environments.
• Good communication skills in English and Japanese.
