TL;DR
Technology Solutions Associate Consultant (Python/SQL): Designing and delivering technology solutions for client business problems across discovery, requirements, implementation, testing, and operations with an accent on data platforms, reporting, cloud technologies, and client-facing delivery. Focus on leading project workstreams, translating business needs into technical designs, mentoring team members, and managing solution deliverables from architecture through deployment.
Location: Minato-ku, Japan or Osaka-shi, Japan. Hybrid working model combining work from home with on-site presence at offices and client locations. Travel to other offices and client sites is required as needed.

What you will do
- Collaborate with internal and client teams to shape and implement technology solutions for critical business problems.
- Analyze business needs and translate them into technical designs, solution visions, and user requirements.
- Lead project modules and workstreams while participating in hands-on implementation.
- Work with technical architects to validate technical designs and implementation approaches.
- Support project delivery through planning, staffing, people management, risk mitigation, and task distribution.
- Guide deliverables including business cases, prototypes, technical architecture, test cases, deployment plans, and operations strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business analytics, computer science, MIS, or a related field, with academic excellence.
- At least 3 years of professional experience delivering small- or medium-scale technology solutions.
- Experience leading project teams, driving end-to-end activities, meeting milestones, and mentoring junior team members.
- Strong knowledge of RDBMS concepts, SQL, data warehousing, reporting, big data, data management, data analytics, and cloud platforms.
- Proficiency in Python, algorithms, and data structures, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English and work authorization for the intended country of employment are required.
