Senior PM SAP S/4HANA (Pharmaceutical)

What you will do

• Lead the business workstream for the migration to SAP S/4HANA and represent business stakeholders throughout the project.
• Coordinate requirements, process reviews, workshops, decisions, priorities, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and guide collaboration between business and IT teams.
• Ensure GMP requirements are reflected in processes and project activities within the pharmaceutical environment.
• Coordinate Computer System Validation activities, including validation planning, risk assessments, testing, and documentation.
• Support user acceptance testing, change management, training, and the transition to the new SAP solution.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of professional experience in SAP project management, business analysis, or a similar role.
• Experience leading the business side of an SAP migration or transformation project.
• Solid knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and migration-related activities.
• Professional experience in pharmaceuticals or another highly regulated environment, with knowledge of GMP principles.
• Experience with Computer System Validation and regulated system implementation.
• Fluent English and Dutch required.
