Senior Analyst / Project Manager

What you will do

• Map business processes to identify inefficiencies, improvement opportunities, and potential workflow automation.
• Build and maintain financial and operational models in Excel to support business decisions.
• Translate complex data and user needs into clear functional requirements.
• Manage multiple moderate- to high-complexity projects, including plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
• Track risks, dependencies, project logs, and operational issues while supporting resolution.
• Facilitate alignment across cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders, and provide informal coaching and peer review to junior colleagues.

Requirements

• Master's degree, bachelor's degree, or equivalent in Finance or another business discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in finance, business analysis, or project management.
• Experience with financial and operational modeling and process mapping.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, plus familiarity with data visualization software.
• Experience with project management tools and Agile or Waterfall frameworks.
• Strong workshop and meeting facilitation skills, with the ability to collaborate and conduct informal coaching or peer review.

Nice to have

• PMP, CAPM, or Agile/Scrum certification.
