Order Management Administrator (SAP)

What you will do

• Manage the complete order lifecycle, from quotation and order entry through execution tracking, shipment, invoicing, and accounts receivable collection.
• Lead order management activities for transformer projects and coordinate Sales, Production, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance.
• Act as the primary liaison for customers and internal stakeholders, resolving order-related issues and handling urgent situations.
• Monitor order progress, identify and mitigate risks, ensure delivery timeliness and data accuracy, and prepare operational reports.
• Coordinate customer visits, Factory Acceptance Tests, and other project activities.
• Improve order management processes and coach junior team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; an Electrical Engineering background is preferred.
• 5–8 years of experience in Order Management, Sales Operations, Supply Chain, or a related function in manufacturing.
• Advanced experience with order management systems such as SAP.
• Ability to independently manage complex projects, processes, and order activities with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Fluent English is required for written and spoken work communication.
