Intern-Logistics Operations Coordinator

Location: SIMZ Pudong, Shanghai, China; full-time onsite

hirify.global provides laboratory services, diagnostics, data, and technology to healthcare providers, patients, researchers, pharmaceutical companies, and health systems.

What you will do

• Review and maintain documentation for China import and export requirements.
• Support cooperation with China Customs during onsite inspections and regulatory supervision.
• Provide administrative and analytical support for daily logistics operations.
• Follow up with transportation vendors and internal stakeholders on logistics inquiries.
• Track certificate validity and confirm renewal requirements with the laboratory before expiration.

Requirements

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Supply Chain or Logistics.
• Availability for a 20-week, full-time onsite internship from December 2026 to May 2027.
• At least three months of experience using computer and office software applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Good organization, multitasking, problem-solving, critical-thinking, and communication skills.
• Final-year students expected to graduate in July 2027 are preferred; students at all academic levels in relevant fields may apply.
