Agent - Order Management (Logistics)

What you will do

• Manage order workflows and ensure smooth, timely freight processing.
• Enter and maintain accurate shipment, client, vendor, and billing data in operating systems.
• Track and trace order management files and monitor shipment reports.
• Coordinate import clearance and delivery, as well as export documentation and arrival notices.
• Communicate with customers, shipping lines, trucking companies, and other vendors to arrange international shipments.
• Follow operational standards, compliance requirements, customer procedures, and KPI targets; escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements

• Fluent English.
• Good computer skills, including MS Excel and MS Word; advanced data-processing capabilities are preferred.
• Relevant training or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong organization, time management, interpersonal, listening, and communication skills.
• Positive, helpful, professional, and detail-oriented approach.
• Commitment to completing 52 hours of company training annually, including management or leadership training when required.
