Location: United States; remote work is available nationwide, while candidates within approximately 50 miles of a designated office may be expected to work onsite. Preferred locations include Chicago, IL; Bloomfield, CT; Philadelphia, PA; and St. Louis, MO.
Annual salary: $193,300–$322,100 USD, depending on experience and geographic location. The role may also include an annual bonus and long-term incentive plan.

What you will do
- Lead enterprise clinical AI and technology strategies across clinical quality, affordability, operational performance, clinician experience, and patient outcomes.
- Translate clinical and enterprise priorities into AI-enabled solution roadmaps and scalable technology products.
- Oversee solutions involving agentic AI, clinical workflow automation, care management, utilization management, documentation support, clinical decision support, and clinician productivity.
- Partner with product, technology, data, operations, legal, compliance, privacy, and business stakeholders from opportunity identification through implementation, adoption, and scale.
- Develop business cases, impact models, KPIs, governance routines, and executive reporting for AI initiatives.
- Build and lead a high-performing team responsible for clinical AI strategy, solution design, program execution, stakeholder engagement, and performance management.
Requirements
- Active or prior clinical training and credential, such as MD, DO, RN, NP, PA, PharmD, or another relevant licensed clinical background.
- 15+ years of progressive healthcare leadership experience in clinical strategy, clinical operations, digital health, product or solution design, technology-enabled transformation, or healthcare AI.
- Experience designing or leading AI, machine learning, automation, digital health, or advanced analytics solutions in healthcare.
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows and the ability to translate clinician, customer, patient, and business needs into scalable technology-enabled solutions.
- Experience leading direct reports and matrixed teams, developing talent, and creating accountability in complex environments.
- Bachelor’s degree and an advanced clinical, healthcare, business, public health, informatics, or related degree.
