What you will do

• Lead asset protection initiatives to reduce shrink, minimize risk, and support compliance.
• Oversee investigations involving theft, fraud, safety incidents, and policy violations.
• Monitor physical security procedures, emergency response practices, and store safety standards.
• Train and coach associates on asset protection, safety, situational awareness, and emergency preparedness.
• Use CCTV, exception reporting, POS, and inventory systems to identify risks, analyze trends, and create action plans.
• Maintain incident, audit, investigation, and safety documentation while partnering with store leadership, HR, and operations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of asset protection or loss prevention experience, including 1+ year in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Experience with POS systems, CCTV platforms, exception reporting tools, and inventory software.
• Strong analytical, verbal, written communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs independently.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays according to business needs.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and follow physical safety requirements.
