Assistant Store Leader (Product & Operations) - Country Club Plaza (Retail)

Location: Country Club Plaza; onsite

What you will do

• Oversee daily store operations, shipment processing, stockroom organization, inventory accuracy, replenishment, and size integrity.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, store fixtures, product displays, signage, and seasonal updates.
• Analyze sales and inventory reports, respond to sell-through trends, and recommend actions to improve business performance.
• Train store associates on operational standards, visual merchandising, product knowledge, new launches, and brand storytelling.
• Partner with the Store Leader and other teams to execute sales strategies, product focuses, and customer experience initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with safety, security, company policies, and store maintenance standards.

Requirements

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage store associates.
• Organizational skills covering daily operations, inventory management, cash handling, and scheduling.
• Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, and sales skills.
• Ability to remain physically active and accessible to customers for the full scheduled shift.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch, lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 40 pounds regularly.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
