VP, Global Asset Protection, Security & Safety

Base pay: $295,000–$335,000 per year

What you will do

• Set enterprise strategy and governance for global asset protection, corporate security, safety, crisis management, executive protection, event security, and business continuity.
• Lead a high-performing global organization across geographically dispersed teams and security disciplines.
• Oversee the Global Security Operations Center, including threat intelligence, 24/7 monitoring, emergency communications, incident escalation, and executive reporting.
• Direct physical security, investigations, workplace-violence prevention, executive protection, event security, and protective technologies.
• Own business continuity, crisis-response, exercises, tabletop simulations, recovery planning, and organizational resilience.
• Provide Board and executive leadership with risk metrics, incident reporting, emerging-threat analysis, and mitigation priorities.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressively responsible leadership experience across asset protection, corporate security, safety, crisis management, investigations, and enterprise risk.
• Significant experience leading global programs and geographically dispersed teams.
• Experience overseeing a sophisticated Global Security Operations Center with threat intelligence, emergency communications, incident management, security technology, and 24/7 protocols.
• Experience designing, governing, and testing enterprise business continuity and crisis-management programs across multiple functions and geographies.
• Deep knowledge of physical security, executive protection, event security, workplace-violence prevention, investigations, occupational safety, and emergency management.
• Bachelor’s degree in law enforcement, criminal justice, security, risk management, business, safety, or a related field preferred.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree or certifications such as CPP, PSP, CBCP/MBCP, or CISSP.
• Experience supporting executive and event protection for high-profile leaders and global brands.
• Experience in multinational retail, corporate, and fulfillment/distribution environments.
• Established relationships with law enforcement, emergency-management, intelligence, and private-sector security partners.
