Vice President, Operations - South

Location: Miami, Florida, United States; frequent travel across the South region and periodic travel to hirify.global’s New York City headquarters, up to 75%

Base salary: $250,000–$300,000 per year, depending on skills and experience. Additional compensation may include annual bonuses, commission, and restricted stock units.

What you will do

• Own operational and financial performance across hirify.global’s South airport region, including security, member experience, enrollment, sales, labor, and profitability.
• Lead, coach, and develop Regional Directors and General Managers while strengthening accountability and leadership depth.
• Drive growth at existing airports, support new airport launches, and accelerate adoption of new products and experiences.
• Build relationships with senior airport, aviation, and internal stakeholders and represent hirify.global at the executive level.
• Partner with People, Training, Compliance, Member Experience, Finance, and other functions to improve execution and team and member experience.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive operations leadership experience.
• Experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams in high-volume, 24/7/365 environments.
• Ownership of P&L performance, forecasting, labor and cost management, and sales or revenue goals across complex multi-site operations.
• Experience building high-performing sales and service cultures focused on customer experience and measurable results.
• Strong judgment, executive credibility, stakeholder influence, and experience leading through management teams.
• Ability to travel up to 75% across the region and periodically to New York City.
