Senior Release Manager – Release Management & DevOps

Location: Jersey City, NJ, United States; hybrid schedule with three mandatory days from the office.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end release planning, coordination, scheduling, and production deployments.
• Coordinate Engineering, QA, DevOps/SRE, Product, and Infrastructure teams.
• Track release dependencies, risks, blockers, and Go/No-Go decisions.
• Create, maintain, and troubleshoot Jenkins CI/CD pipelines using Groovy.
• Support AWS application deployments, deployment automation, hotfixes, rollbacks, and post-release validation.
• Provide release status and risk updates to technical and business stakeholders while improving release processes.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of Release Management and DevOps experience.
• Strong experience with Release Management, CI/CD, and CI/CD pipeline creation.
• Hands-on Jenkins experience and strong Groovy scripting skills.
• Strong working knowledge of AWS and cloud deployments.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Availability to work from the Jersey City office three days per week is mandatory.

Nice to have

• Media, entertainment, or streaming industry experience.
• Docker and Kubernetes.
• Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
• Azure or GCP experience.
• Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, or DevSecOps experience.
