Cloud Go-Live Manager

Location: Tokyo, Japan; primarily remote with up to 10% on-site work at hirify.global locations. Authorization to work in the U.S. and Japan is required. Occasional travel outside the region may be required, and working hours may need to adjust to customer locations.

What you will do

• Advise customers and partners on deployment planning, Dry Runs, Go-Live activities, resource requirements, and best practices.
• Develop, refine, and execute Deployment Plans with hirify.global delivery teams, system integrators, and customer teams.
• Coordinate knowledge transfer to Global Support and DBA teams for production execution.
• Confirm resources, finalize Go-Live plans, and establish customer communication plans.
• Act as an internal subject-matter expert on cutover and deployment processes.
• Analyze process data and drive continuous improvements in deployment practices.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of cloud migration, customer Go-Live readiness, and SaaS versus on-premise deployments.
• Experience with customer and support systems such as Salesforce, Jira, Google Workspace, and Confluence; fundamental AWS and DevOps knowledge is beneficial.
• Strong customer, stakeholder, communication, collaboration, and leadership skills across technical and executive levels.
• Experience managing complex Deployment Plans, Dry Runs, and production operations in time-sensitive environments.
• Japanese fluency at native or near-native level is required; business-level English is required for collaboration with internal teams.
• Experience in hirify.global Core applications, IT or consulting program management, customer success, production support leadership, Agile project management, or cloud-based enterprise applications.
