Engagement Manager, AI Deployment

What you will do

• Own the full AI deployment lifecycle, from use-case design and operating model definition through technical setup and user acceptance testing.
• Lead technical workshops with customer stakeholders covering objectives, technical specifications, model configuration, and integration architecture.
• Configure AI decisioning solutions within customer engagement platforms and support customer marketing, data engineering, and data science teams.
• Manage customer deliverables, risks, project timelines, and communication with stakeholders including senior leadership.
• Improve the standardized AI deployment playbook and delivery processes.
• Provide customer insights that help shape the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in project management, consulting, or professional services.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field; an MBA or MS is preferred.
• Experience leading technical projects from start to finish and coordinating technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Professional services experience and the ability to lead workshops with senior-level customer stakeholders.
• Hands-on technical understanding of use-case architecture and machine learning design at a conceptual level.
• Ability to work from Austin, Chicago, New York City, or San Francisco.
