Program Manager, Studio Z

Location: Remote within the United States; employees may live in any of the 50 states, with limited exceptions

Salary: $89,200–$142,600 or $93,900–$150,100 annually, depending on location

What you will do

• Manage project schedules, status reports, meetings, communications, and delivery timelines across Studio Z’s creative portfolio.
• Develop project plans and briefing documents with Account partners, including deliverables, approaches, and milestones.
• Lead or support creative briefings, reviews, debriefs, and approval workflows across Account, Strategy, Creative, and client-facing teams.
• Support weekly resourcing meetings by organizing project requests and identifying capacity conflicts and timing risks.
• Route creative materials for review, proofing, revisions, and approval while following up on decisions and next steps.
• Maintain accurate project data in JIRA, Google forecasting sheets, and the DAM, and adopt AI tools to improve workflow efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in program management, creative operations, or campaign production.
• Experience working with creative teams, including designers, copywriters, and editors.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Collaborative approach, creative problem-solving skills, and a focus on improving team efficiency.
• Curiosity about AI and emerging productivity tools.
