Maintenance Technician II 2nd Shift (Manufacturing)

Location: Delavan, Wisconsin, United States; onsite plant work. Second shift: 3:00 p.m.–11:30 p.m., Monday–Friday.

Hourly pay: $27.00–$30.00 per hour, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Install, inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment.
• Complete preventive maintenance on CNC machines, injection molding machines, custom pump systems, and electrical test stands.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, and carpentry issues.
• Maintain spare-parts inventory, source components, and document maintenance activities.
• Participate in LEAN improvement activities, including Kaizens, RCCM, 5-Whys, and A3s.
• Respond to maintenance emergencies and assist with training junior technicians.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 3+ years of technical training or job-related experience.
• Experience with preventive maintenance, failure troubleshooting, and repairs in manufacturing or facility environments.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Mechanical aptitude with knowledge of electrical, plumbing, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools, work overtime as needed, and communicate fully in English.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, climb ladders, work in confined spaces, and lift up to 50 pounds.
