What you will do

• Receive, open, sort, and process customer submissions according to established procedures.
• Handle customer-owned collectibles securely and maintain chain of custody throughout receiving.
• Match physical submissions with order information, count and verify items, and check service levels.
• Enter submission and item data into internal systems and generate labels or required documentation.
• Identify and escalate missing items, damage, discrepancies, system issues, and other process abnormalities.
• Support problem-order resolution, daily receiving activities, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail, reliability, organization, and accountability when handling customer property.
• Ability to perform repetitive, detail-oriented work while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, structured, process-driven environment and manage changing priorities.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Comfort using computers and learning operational software; Microsoft Office or Google Workspace experience is beneficial.
• Previous operations, logistics, receiving, fulfillment, warehousing, production, or quality-control experience is beneficial but not required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of or enthusiasm for collectibles such as trading cards, sports cards, Pokémon, or MTG.
