Operations Manager (Fulfillment)

What you will do

• Own fulfillment KPIs for the UK hub, including speed, accuracy, and service levels.
• Manage end-to-end intake, quality control, shipping, and returns operations.
• Review operational metrics and implement improvements to increase throughput, scalability, and process robustness.
• Lead the rollout and optimization of new and existing UK fulfillment workflows.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of three through regular check-ins and performance conversations.
• Coordinate with customer support, supplier teams, carriers, local partners, and hirify.global’s global hubs.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in operations, fulfillment, logistics-based office management, or the diamond, gemstone, or luxury goods industry.
• Significant experience directly managing people or leading teams.
• Ability to execute and enforce daily operational workflows in a fast-changing environment.
• Clear communication, strong organization, and sound operational judgment.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.

Nice to have

• GIA or Gem-A qualification.
• Experience with diamond or gemstone quality control.
