Product Designer (React/AI)

Location: Remote in North America or Europe

Salary: US$143,000–US$162,000 per year plus equity

What you will do

• Design product experiences from initial concepts and user flows through polished production interfaces.
• Research customer workflows and balance findings with business priorities to determine what to build.
• Understand the algorithms, policies, and prior art behind product design decisions.
• Build durable design systems with components, tokens, and guidelines for engineers and agents.
• Develop agent skills and harnesses that encode design decisions.
• Verify implementation quality, including interactions, accessibility, copy, and edge cases, and collaborate with Marketing on shipped features.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product design experience with strong UX and visual design skills.
• Experience shipping technical products and understanding their underlying mechanics.
• Experience using coding agents, experimenting with new workflows, and improving their output quality.
• Ability to build prototypes and production UI in React.
• Ability to work within existing design patterns and balance scope against business needs.
• Strong written and visual communication skills, with a willingness to seek feedback and adapt decisions based on new data.
