Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships

Location: Billund, Denmark; hybrid work with an average of 3 days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Shape partnership strategy and guide portfolio decisions for NGO, foundation, coalition, and alliance relationships.
• Oversee a global portfolio of external partnerships and steward the hirify.global Foundation relationship.
• Build governance frameworks, decision-making processes, and portfolio management approaches.
• Lead and develop a small team through clear priorities, performance management, and coaching.
• Prepare executive briefings, strategic communications, and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Assess partnership performance, investment decisions, and portfolio effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative evidence.

Requirements

• Experience leading strategic partnerships, alliances, external affairs, philanthropy, or social impact portfolios at regional or global scale.
• Experience managing complex senior-level relationships across organisations, sectors, or geographies.
• Experience building partnership governance frameworks and portfolio management approaches.
• Experience developing and coaching teams, including performance management and professional growth.
• Experience delivering executive briefings, strategic communications, and recommendations.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement based in Billund, Denmark, with an average of 3 office days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with UN agencies, international NGOs, foundations, coalition platforms, or multi-stakeholder partnerships.
• Experience supporting executive participation in external forums and stakeholder engagements.
• Experience across corporate, philanthropic, development, or social impact environments.
