Microsoft Alliance Manager (Microsoft)

Location: Remote within Germany, the UK, the Netherlands, Poland, Denmark, or Austria

What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact between hirify.global and Microsoft across European markets.
• Coordinate partner claims, program requirements, eligibility, compliance activities, and related portals.
• Identify and pursue Microsoft funding, incentives, promotions, and co-sell opportunities.
• Advise Sales and Commercial teams on Microsoft licensing, programs, and commercial structures.
• Coordinate Microsoft participation in customer engagements and investigate emerging opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Significant experience working within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft licensing, partner programs, funding, incentives, and eligibility.
• Strong English communication skills and stakeholder-management capability.
• Ability to translate complex Microsoft requirements into clear, actionable commercial guidance.
• Ability to work remotely from Germany, the UK, the Netherlands, Poland, Denmark, or Austria.

Nice to have

• Experience working for a Microsoft partner.
• Familiarity with Microsoft cloud offerings and Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Knowledge of the European Business Central ecosystem.
• Experience coordinating activity across multiple business units or acquired companies.
