Senior Data Analyst

Location: US Remote, with a preference for Virginia; role location listed as Reston, Virginia, United States

Salary: $74,090–$125,954 annually for full-time employment

What you will do

• Develop and deploy standardized reporting and analytics solutions for utilities and customer programs across the United States.
• Lead special initiatives that support business growth and affect multiple teams.
• Define project scope, identify opportunities for standardization, and plan scalable development processes.
• Maintain data integrity and improve delivery processes and reporting best practices.
• Communicate requirements, changes, and technical improvements to data analysts, developers, internal teams, and clients.
• Support occasional scoping sessions, local deployments, trainings, and client presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in business or data analysis.
• Experience maintaining and rapidly producing regular reports for varied audiences.
• Ability to define, document, and lead implementation of business processes and software requirements.
• Experience with SharePoint, JIRA or similar systems, Excel, and other data management tools.
• Ability to work remotely within the United States; Virginia is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience developing and managing Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Experience with data-driven storytelling and advanced data visualization.
• Exposure to utility, energy, or energy-efficiency sectors.
